Deleting Data from the Surface and the Drawing

You can permanently remove both a surface definition item and the AutoCAD object from which it is derived.

Note

If you delete an AutoCAD object, the surface definition item is deleted only if the Copy Deleted Dependent Objects option in the surface definition is set to No. For more information, see Definition Tab (Surface Properties Dialog Box).

To graphically delete data from the surface and drawing

  • In the drawing area, select the object and press Delete.

    Both the object and surface definition item are deleted.
