You can manage points using an AutoCAD Civil 3D project.
For example, you can add points to a project and protect them so they can be viewed and copied by others, but not modified. For general information about project management, see Managing Projects. You can populate a project with points by creating the points in the drawing and adding them to the project. For more information, see Creating a Project Point Database.
