Requesting Ownership of a Project Drawing

To request ownership of a project drawing

1. In Toolspace, on the Prospector tab, expand the ProjectsDrawings collection that contains the drawing you want to request ownership.
2. Right-click the drawing. Click Manage Ownership.
3. In the Manage Ownership dialog box, specify the lease duration.
4. Click OK.
5. In the Manage Ownership Status dialog box, click OK.

When ownership has been successfully transferred, a message is displayed on the command line, and the drawing may be checked out.
