Inserting Multi-View Blocks into a Drawing

Insert multi-view blocks into a drawing by dragging and dropping them from the AutoCAD Civil 3D - MVBlocks Tool Palette, or by referencing their definitions using DesignCenter.

After a multi-view block has been inserted into the drawing, additional references can be added by using the Insert tab Block panelAdd Multi-View Block command.

Predefined multi-view blocks are located in the following folder by default:

• Windows 7: \\Program Data\Autodesk\C3D 2013\enu\Data\Symbols\Mvblocks
• Windows XP: \\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\C3D 2013\enu\data\Symbols\Mvblocks
