Edit an existing XDRef by changing its properties, such as the table and column in the Microsoft® Access database that the XDRef points to.
To change the properties of an external data reference
- On the Settings tab in Toolspace, expand the Points folder.
- Right-click External Data References
Properties. - Enter a new name and description.
- Select new values for the Table type, Index Column, and Value Column.
- Click OK.
