Create parcel label styles in the Label Styles collection in Toolspace, on the Settings tab.

To create a parcel label style

In Toolspace, on the Settings tab, expand ParcelLabel Styles.
Right-click a label type: Area, Line, or Curve and click New.
In the Label Style Composer dialog box, specify a style name and the style settings.
