Collection Permissions

In Content Catalog, user access and permissions are based on Groups and not individual Users. Group permissions are administered in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Account Admin under Library > Content Catalog.

Below is a list of what features are available for each permission selection:

Feature Read Collection Download/Insert Content Upload Content Edit Collection ACC Admin
View content in the Collection
Download content from the Collection
Insert content that is found in the Collection
Suggest content by Upload to Collection (Must be approved before available)
Uploaded content is automatically approved once submitted into Collection
Upload and delete preview images for content in Collection
Add and remove content from the Collection
Manage Content Catalog Preferences
Manage Collection Permissions
Delete Collection

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Administrators

ACC Account Admins and Standard Admins can view and manage everything in Content Catalog.

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Administrators Exclusive Duties

Note: Regardless of a specific Groups permission level, the following actions can only be performed by Account Administrators and Standards Administrators
