Known Limitations
- Load the latest feature does not function correctly for Solidworks, Rhino, and Tekla exchanges within the connector in an assembly environment.
- The 'Load' and 'Create' exchange functionalities may not perform as expected in Weldment and Sheet Metal environments.
- The metadata for exchanges containing special features, such as Composite features or referred components, may not be read correctly when loading the exchange into Inventor.
- The IFC file format will be loaded as a STEP file in the part environment, which may result in the loss of some IFC-specific data and attributes.
- The color is not updated when loading the latest from Inventor to Solidworks. The SWX connector is on hold, and the latest package needs to be integrated to check this issue.
- The connector doesn't support materials such as appearance and texture during exchange creation.
- Root Level Properties are only be loaded when the exchange is imported back into the part environment.
- When an exchange is created from Inventor, materials such as appearance and texture do not update on ACC.
- When loading the exchange from Revit to Inventor, the tree structure initially shows Element IDs. However, after loading the latest update, it switches to displaying Family Names instead.
