Overview
The Enterprise Admin Portal product tour welcomes first-time administrators with an interactive, step-by-step introduction to Digital Workplace’s core features. Think of the tour as a city map, guiding you through the key landmarks of the portal so you can explore with confidence and navigate like a local.

When the product tour is first released, it launches automatically for all Enterprise Admins to introduce the new feature. After the initial release, the tour auto-launches only for new Enterprise Admins logging in for the first time.
The onboarding begins with a set of guided cards that provide a friendly, high-level introduction to the portal. The tour is designed to build confidence, walking admins through the essentials step by step so they feel at home in the portal and ready to take action.

Exploring Key Features
The tour highlights the main areas of the Enterprise Admin Portal, including Organizations, Back-up EAs, Permitted Web Pages, Reports, and Activity Log. Each tab is introduced with a short product card that appears directly in the interface, explaining the tab’s purpose and visually connecting it to its location in the navigation menu, like pointing out the must-see spots on your city map.
Admins can skip the tour at any time by clicking the “x” in the top-right corner of a card. The tour can be revisited later by selecting the bulb icon in the top-right corner of the portal, making it easy to return to the guided experience whenever you want to refresh your knowledge.
