Update a File

Autodesk Drive always shows the latest version of a stored file. This means that if you upload a new version, the original version is overwritten.

There are three ways to update content in Drive:

  1. Click Upload and select the new version of the file with the same name.

  2. You can drag and drop the updated file with the same name into the content area of Drive, which starts an upload.

  3. Select the More Actions ("three dots") menu on the file, select Upload New Version, and choose the file you want to replace it with. That menu looks like this:
