Advanced Simulation (PartMaker)

Select this option to run Advanced Simulation.

Use Advanced Simulation to:

• Simulate all machining processes as they appear in the Process Table.
• Observe the results of any process synchronization.
• Examine a solid model of the part through dynamic rotation and cross-sectioning.
• View a 3D parametric model of your machine.
• Automatically check that all tool numbers assigned in the Tools database are assigned correctly for your machine model.
• Customize your machine by manipulating a Machine Data (.mch) file.
• Detect crashes, collisions and errors between various machine components and the part.
• Detect any machine overtravels on-screen.

You can save details of machine models for use in Advanced Simulation in Machine Data (.mch) files.
