Use the Comparison Options dialog to specify details of how you want PartMaker to compare the finished part shown in the Simulation window against a solid model.
To display the Comparison Options dialog, select Simulation > Comparison Options from the Menu bar.
The following settings are available:
Display Overcut Areas — Select this option if you want PartMaker to display any areas on the part that were overcut.
Overcut Color — Click to display the Color dialog, where you can select the colour to be used to display any overcut regions on the part.
Display Undercut Areas — Select this option if you want PartMaker to display and areas that were undercut.
Undercut Color — Click to display the Color dialog, where you can select the colour to be used to display any undercut regions on the part.
Display Solid Model — Select this option if you want to display the solid model when the results of the comparison are displayed in the Simulation window.
Comparison Model Data — Click to display the Model Data dialog, where you can select the solid model against which you want to compare the finished part in the Simulation window and specify how the results of the comparison are displayed.
