To add a custom machine

If your machine is not in the Pre-Configured Machines list, you need to add a custom machine.
  1. Click Open NC Program Files .
  2. In the Open NC Programs dialog, select Custom Machines.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Enter the Machine and Control names.
  5. Select the Number of Channels.
    • For machines that use a single NC program file for all channels, select Delimited and enter the delimiter codes such as $1, $2 that separate each channel.
    • For machines that use a separate NC program file for each channel, deselect Delimited.
  6. Enter the sync code prefixes and ranges for your machine.
  7. Select Match All Trailing Codes if you want codes after the sync code to match on each channel for synchronization.

    For example, if you have a sync code of G200, and one channel includes the line G200 Z1, the codes will not be synchronized if Match All Trailing Codes is selected.

  8. Click OK.

    Your machine is added to the list of custom machines, and you can now select it when opening or creating NC program files.
