Project Management

The central location of the project_templates.cfg file can be defined in the configuration_files section.

For more information, see the Using Project Templates Creating a Project from a Template and Project Workspaces sections.

The Project Home, Setups, and Media Cache default locations can be defined in the project_folders section. The following tokens are available to ease deployment:

• <project name> / <project>: The name of the project.
• <project home>: The location of the project.
• <host name> / <hostname> / <host> / <workstation>: The name of the current host.
• <host ip> / <ip>: The IP address of the current host.

In order to ease Project server and remote projects creation, set the Remote Project Home location token. The default value is /hosts/<host ip>/var/opt/Autodesk/flame/projects/<project name>.

Colour Management

The central location of the colour_mgmt_displays.cfg file can be defined in the configuration_files section.

This configuration file contains the system-level display settings for Video Preview Device, Graphics, and Scope monitoring.

Use the default_colour_mgmt_settings.cfg file to define default values for the OCIO Config Lock state and the Media-Relative Look Seach Path options.

Workflow

An error message appears in the Shell/Terminal and in the application log files when the content of the sysconfig.cfg file is invalid.
