There are three types of product access available for Info360 Asset: Full Access, Viewer, and Field Inspector. These determine the permissions a user has within Info360 Asset, as explained below.
By default, Info360 Asset Standard includes 1 full-access user. You may purchase an add-on for additional full-access users or you may add unlimited viewer and field inspector users.
Product access levels can be assigned by an admin, either:
- In manage.autodesk.com by a Team Admin, using the applicable product or add-on to assign a seat to users. See how to assign product access.
- Or, in Hub Administration (go to
manage.autodesk.com
Products and Services
Hubs
Hub Administration) by a Hub Admin, who should assign the applicable subscription to members. See how to assign subscriptions in
Manage Hub Members.
It doesn't matter which one you choose to do this in, they will sync up with each other.
Full Access users have unrestricted access to all Info360 Asset functionality and have permissions to import/export data and create/run analyses. A full access user is usually a program manager, engineer, or consultant that manages a city's improvement processes.
Info360 Asset - Viewer:Viewer users have restricted, view-only access to Info360 Asset. They can view all data and results in Info360 Asset. They cannot import/export data, create/run analyses, or edit the Info360 Asset database in any way.
Info360 Asset - Field Inspector:Field Inspector users only have access to the Info360 Asset Activities portal. A typical Field Inspector is a contractor who will conduct, upload, and edit CCTV inspections to be approved by a Full Access user. Field inspectors can only see the inspections or tasks that they upload; they can't access inspections or tasks uploaded by other users.
