Set up the Pump Performance Chart
- Select the sensors:
- Flow sensor: P-100_Flow_Rate_Demo
- Downstream pressure: J1406_Pressure_Demo
- Upstream pressure: J1404_Pressure_Demo
- Save the workspace and select Apply.
- Click on the three dots
in the top right corner of the chart Configure.

Add a pump status filter for when the sensor P-100_Status_Demo is on.
- Click on Source to expand it and then click on Show More Settings.
- Under Pump Status Filter, click + Add Sensor and then select P-100_Status_Demo sensor.
- Leave the status toggle as On.
- Click Update.
- Add a pump performance curve.
- Go to the References Tab, click on Add Reference, and select Pressure Curve.
- Click on Create New Pump Curve.
- Upload the Pump.100.PerformanceCurve you downloaded as part of the demo data. The units are gpm and psi.
- Click Create.
- Select it and then click Add.
- Add the pump properties.
- Go to the Pump Properties tab and under Pump Rated Capacity fill out:
- Flow Rate: 1000 gpm
- Pressure: 145 psi
- Efficiency: 80 %
- Brake HP: 105 kW
- Under Operating Ranges fill out:
- AOR: 60 to 140
- POR: 80 to 120

Set up the Pump Performance Historical Chart
- Select the sensors:
- P-100_Dn_Pressure_Demo
- P-100_Up_Pressure_Demo
- P-100_Flow_Rate_Demo
- P-100_Power_Output_Demo
- Save the workspace and select Apply.
- Add an additional y-axis for the pressure sensors.
- Click on the three dots
in the top right corner of the chart Configure.
- Click on a pressure sensor, then on Show Source Adjustments
- Scroll down and toggle on Show Separate Y-Axis. Set it to the Right.
- Click Update.
- Select the other pressure sensor
Show Source Adjustments Show Separate Y-Axis and this time instead of selecting a new y-axis, select the pressure y-axis you just created (psi).
- Click Update again.

Set up the Tank Level Historical Chart
- Select the sensor:
- Save the workspace and select Apply.
- Once you save the workspace, you will see there are constant values included representing the maximum and minimum tank level.

Set up the Tank Level Gauge Chart
- Select the sensor:
- Save the workspace and select Apply.
- Click on the three dots
in the top right corner of the chart Configure.
- Set the threshold to 105 to 135.
- Click Update.

Set up the Water Quality Historical Chart
- Select the sensors:
- WQ_DMA1_Conductivity_Demo
- WQ_DMA1_Free_Cl2_Demo
- WQ_DMA1_Temp_Demo
- WQ_DMA1_pH_Demo
- Save the workspace and select Apply.

Set up the Water Quality Gauge Charts
- Select the sensor:
- WQ_DMA1_pH_Demo (Left) or WQ_DMA1_Free_Cl2_Demo (Right)
- Save the workspace and select Apply.
- Click on the three dots
in the top right corner of the chart Configure.
- Set the pH threshold to 7 to 8 (Left) and the Free Cl2 threshold to 1 to 3 (Right).
