To modify roundabout geometry
Modify the roundel and roundabout arms geometry using in-canvas editing grips or editing attributes in the Stack. You can also change the roundabout standard.
Note: To create a roundabout, you must convert an intersection to a roundabout.
Modify Horizontal Roundel Geometry
- Select the roundabout.
- Click the roundel to select it.
- Click and drag the
editing grip to modify the roundabout center offset.
- Click and drag the
editing grips to modify the geometry of the roundel apron, center island, or inscribed circle diameter.
- Changes you make to the roundel in-canvas will update in the Stack. You can made adjustments to some roundel attributes in the Stack as well.
Modify Vertical Roundel Geometry
- Select the roundabout.
- Click the roundel to select it.
- Left-click and hold to orbit the terrain to an angled view so the grips change to the vertical editing grips.
- Click and drag the square editing grip to modify the roundabout center elevation.
- Click and drag the vertical editing grips to modify the roundel's tilted plane slope.
- Drag the vertical editing grip to adjust the roundel's tilted plane bearing.
- Changes you make to the roundel in-canvas will update in the Stack. You can made adjustments to some roundel attributes in the Stack as well.
Modify the Geometry of Roundabout Arms
- Select the roundabout.
- Click an arm to select it.
- Drag the vertical editing grip to adjust the roundabout arm blend point
- The Stack reflects in-canvas changes to Arm Length.
Modify the Roundabout Standard
Using the Roundabout Stack, you can select a different standard for the currently selected roundabout.
- Select the Roundabout.
- Toggle the Standard drop-down menu in the Stack. Click to choose a different roundabout standard.
