To delete a proposal from a model

You can delete a proposal from a model from the proposals list in the Utility Bar, or the Proposals Manager.

Deleting a proposal removes it permanently from the model along with any features or changes you made to it. If you want to remove the proposal from both the local and cloud model, delete it first from the cloud and then from the local model.

Delete a Proposal from the Local Model

Use one of the following methods to delete the proposal. These options delete the proposal from the local model only. If the proposal was published to the cloud model, it is still available in the cloud model. Note: When syncing a local model to the cloud, new proposals are not selected by default. To publish a proposal to the cloud during sync, make sure to select the Share My Changes checkbox for the proposal before clicking Sync.

  • From the Utility Bar:

    1. Display the proposal list.
    2. Hover the cursor over the proposal title you want to delete, and click Remove.
  • From the Proposals Manager:

    1. Click Manage glyph Model glyph Proposals.
    2. Select a proposal from the drop-down list in the See Proposals Manager.
    3. Click Remove (Delete current proposal).

Delete a Proposal from the Cloud Model

This options deletes the proposal from the cloud model, but not the local model. When you sync the model, the status for the proposal will be "Not in cloud" and the Share my Changes checkbox is cleared so the proposal is not published back to the cloud model.

  1. Click Manage glyph Model glyph Proposals.
  2. Select a proposal from the drop-down list in the See Proposals Manager.
  3. Click Remove Cloud (Delete proposal from the cloud). This option is only enabled for proposals that are in the cloud model. When you sync changes to the cloud, the proposal will display the status "Not in cloud."
