To configure data
Configure imported data sources to specify desired settings, such as geo location, draping options, stylization, or tooltips. During configuration, a user can also map data source properties to model properties. All configuration settings except for the data Type field can be modified after initial configuration
Configure Data
- Import a database or file-based data source.
- Double-click the new data source in the Data Sources panel to open the Data Source Configuration dialog box. Note: Data imported using the Model Builder configures automatically. Some data types are available for additional configuration, others are not.
- Click Type and select the appropriate category for your data (such as Road, Building, Coverage, etc.). Note: You cannot change the data source Type after initial configuration.
