This page is displayed when you click a row in the Active or Deleted tab in the Data management page, and lists all the available backups for the selected database.
The backups are automatically created by the application, and are incrementally done twice a day. This does not require any user intervention. See Database backup schedule below for more information about the schedule.
The backups are available for six months, which is longer compared to earlier versions of the application.
Manual and scheduled backups in earlier versions have been replaced by this system. Compared to earlier versions, you will not be able to back up on demand. When you make a critical change in your database, you will have to wait until the next incremental backup to have that change backed up.
The name of the selected database appears on the top of the page.
The Date Range option allows you to filter the display to only a specific start and end date.
This page allows you to restore any of the available database backups. See Restore a backup for detailed instructions.
