Delete a database

Deleted databases are stored in the cloud for 30 days during which time you can recover them. After 30 days they are automatically deleted permanently.

If you delete a database that is used by other users, it may be useful to inform them that you have deleted it. It is currently not possible for the software to automatically inform them of this.

  1. Go to Database.
  2. If you have access to more than one hub, select the appropriate one.
  3. In the Active list, find the database you want to delete.
  4. Click (Vertical Ellipsis) located to the right of the applicable row.
  5. Select Delete.

A confirmation window is displayed. To delete the database:

    1. Specify the name of the database you want to delete in the box.
    2. Check the I understand that this database cannot be recovered after 30 days box.
    3. Click DELETE.

The database is removed from the Active tab list and is now included in the Deleted tab list. It will remain in the Deleted tab list for 30 days unless you recover it. After 30 days it will be permanently deleted.
