Method that gets the access option for content center (Inventor Desktop or Vault/Productstream).

This can either be kInventorDesktopAccess or kVaultOrProductstreamServerAccess. If kInventorDesktopAccess is returned, the LibrariesLocation argument returns the location of the libraries. |
