- On the ribbon, click Annotate tab

Alternatively, on the ribbon, click Annotate tab
Dimension panel Chain Set . 
- Select the geometry to dimension in the graphics window:
- Click to select individual edges.
- Click and drag a window to select multiple edges.
- Right-click and select Continue. Move the cursor to preview placement of the dimensions.
- Click to place the dimensions.
- Right-click and select Create.
