Shrinkage dialog box

Access

On the Mold Layout tab, click Mold Shrinkage , or

On the Core/Cavity tab, click Part Shrinkage .

Set tab

Specifies the shrinkage values that you set manually.

Coordinate System

Mold_CSYS

Selects the mold coordinate system.

Part_CSYS

Selects the part coordinate system.

Specify UCS

Selects a user coordinate system.

Shrink Percentage

Isotropic

Select this check box if you want the shrinkage values to be equal in all directions. When the Isotropic check-box is selected, only one of the X, Y, Z fields is available as the shrinkage is the same in all directions.

X, Y, Z

Replace with the following: To describe shrinkage that is different in each of the three principal directions, enter the value in the appropriate field. If you select the Isotropic check-box, only one field is active because the shrinkage is the same in all directions.
