Performance Improvements (What's New in 2027)
Learn about the areas where performance improvements were made.

Note: Improvement valuation is based on internal and customer dataset test cases, however, your performance may vary.
Editing commands
Substantial performance improvement is achieved for all edit commands through utilizing Advanced Vector Extensions 512 (AVX512) functionality.
Optimizations
Optimization efforts improve performance in the following areas:
- Drastically improved modeling operations on the large body created by merging thousands of smaller bodies
- Tube and Pipe add-in for components having large amounts of work geometry - Chamfer command preview - Selecting and deleting hole features - Updating parameters in the Parameters dialog - Update and rebuild all for parts having hundreds of modeling features - Opening large CATIA & OBJ files - Save operation performance after suppressing a sub-assembly - Drawing cut operations on very large parts
- Drawing Open and Update. - Improved stability when creating or opening new files To benefit from these performance improvements certain system requirements must be met. For more information see System Requirements
