The Change Line and Polygon Type functionality is used to change a selection of line and/or polygon objects from their current type to another type.
Note: This functionality does not apply to
Results section and 2D results polygon objects.
To change line and/or polygon type
- Select the line and/or polygon objects to be changed on the GeoPlan
- Choose Selection operations
Change line/polygon type from the Selection menu. This will display the
Change Line/Polygon Type Dialog.
- Set options on the
Change Line/Polygon Type Dialog:
- Check the Change Lines box and choose a line type from the New Type dropdown to change currently selected lines to the chosen type.
- Check the Change Polygons box and choose the polygon type from the New Type dropdown to change currently selected polygons to the chosen type.
- Click OK.
Selected lines and/or polygons will be changed from the current type to the type selected in the Change Line/Polygon Type Dialog.
