This dialog is displayed when you run or re-run a simulation for a database whose version is not the latest one but you are using version of the software that supports the latest version.
It informs you of what version of the database you are currently using and what version is the latest one.
If you run the simulation using the current database version, the latest enhancements to the simulation engine will not be used as they are only available for databases with the latest version. If you want to take advantage of these enhancements, you must update your database before running the simulation.
If you do not update the database, the simulations will be run without the latest engine enhancements.
