Action list

The list of actions that are to be triggered by an alert. These are specified in an Action List.

Action state

Action state grid parameters:

Action ID

Name of action.

This field is read-only and is populated from the selected Action List.

Status

The action status can be set to:

  • Enabled (inactive) - action will be carried out when triggered by an alert. The status of the action will then be changed to Enabled (active). Whether the action is carried out the next time the alert trigger occurs is governed by the Repetition control for the action set in the Action List.
  • Enabled (active) - whether the action is carried out when triggered by an alert is governed by the Repetition control for the action set in the Action List.
  • Disabled - action will not be carried out.
Tip: Editing action statuses may be permissioned and therefore will not be available to users who have not been granted rights to perform this operation.
Number of occurrences

A counter of the number of times the action has been carried out when triggered by an alert occurring in consecutive simulations.

This field is updated automatically.

The maximum number of times the action will be carried out, when triggered by an alert in consecutive simulations, is set in the Action List.

When a simulation is performed in which the trigger alert does not occur, the counter is set back to 0.
