The Run Admin window displays a list of all runs for the currently displayed baseline. The window is displayed on the right hand side of the Map view on the Baseline page.
To display the window:
- Click the Run Admin tab on the right hand side of the Baseline Page, or
- Select Run Admin from the Window menu, or
- Click the
Run Admin button (
) of the Window toolbar.
Right click the grid view to display a context menu allowing the following operations to be carried out on the grid:
- Sort ascending/descending - sort the column clicked on in ascending/descending order
- Clean - set the status of all currently selected runs to Cleaned
- Archive - set the status of all currently selected runs to Archived
- Mark for deletion - set the status of all currently selected runs to Marked for deletion

Empty bin |
Click the Empty bin button to delete all runs with Status set to Marked for deletion for the current baseline. Tip:
It is possible to delete all the runs marked for deletion for all the baselines within the database by using the Empty all recycle bins button of the Schedule window. Please note that in addition to this, the IWLive Pro Server will perform automated emptying of recycle bins as specified by the Configure Clean Up dialog, which is accessible from the Configuration menu. |
Run |
Name of the run. This field is editable. |
Protection |
The Protection field can be set to Protected or Unprotected. If a run is protected, it cannot subsequently be marked for deletion. Select the required option from the drop-down list. |
Status |
The status of the run may be set to one of the following:
Select the required option from the drop-down list. Only options further down the list than the currently selected option may be chosen. For example, if the status is currently set to Archived, only the Marked for deletion option will be available from the list. |
