To Bring in LandXML Data

You can bring in survey point data in LandXML format. AutoCAD Map 3D toolset supports LandXML versions 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2.

1. Create or connect to a Survey Data Store.
2. On the Survey tab of the Task Pane, click DataImport LandXML.
3. In the Import LandXML dialog box, browse to and select the LandXML file to import.
4. Click Open.

   If AutoCAD Map 3D toolset cannot recognize the coordinate system of your LandXML data, the LandXML Coordinate System dialog box appears. Assign a coordinate system by entering the appropriate coordinate system code or selecting one from a list, then click OK.

   The LandXML file is brought into your Survey Data Store.
