    Writing World Space Modifier Plug-ins

World space modifiers (WSM), also called space warps, are objects in a scene that affect the objects that are bound to them in world space. A world space modifier has a representation in the viewport, but is not rendered in the final scene. World space modifiers affect other nodes in the scene based on the position and orientation of the bound nodes to the space warp object.
