Export files with Autodesk Translation Framework (ATF)

You can use the ATF (Autodesk Translation Framework) file translation system to export Autodesk Maya and 3rd-party file formats.

Note: Maya support for ATF is Windows only.

Select File > Export All/Export Selected > . The Maya Export options appear.
Select from the following ATF file types in the File Type menu:
- IGES_ATF
- JT_ATF
- DXF_ATF
- PARASOLID_ATF
- SAT_ATF
- STEP_ATF
- WIRE_ATF
- CATIAV5_ATF
- DWG_ATF / DXF_ATF
- NX_ATF
Select any of the Export preferences available:
- Default file extensions:
  When on (default), exports the file with the extension for the selected File type.
Click Export.
