The following table describes the mouse controls used in FCheck:

Click and drag to scrub through a sequence of frames. Drag left to reverse and right to advance. |
| Middle |
Middle-click the playback window to display coordinates of the pixels under the cursor. The coordinates appear in the command-line window. |
| Right |
Right-click to activate the dot drawing tool in the image plane. Right-drag to create a flowing line. |
