Texturing and Shading Fluids

Built-in texturing gives you control over the look of your fluids, while the texture and shading features of Fluid Effects extend the use of fluids for a whole different range of effects. You can:

  • Add texture to fluids using the texturing capabilities of the built-in shader.
  • Create 2D and 3D fluid textures.
  • Create fluid shaders and assign them to volume primitives.
  • Use fluids as particle shaders.
