Bifrost Fluids is a fluid simulation system for Maya. It is included with the Bifrost for Maya plug-in, but it does not use the Bifrost graph for controlling the effect. You can use it to create realistic liquid and ocean simulations. However for aero simulations like smoke, it is better to use the Bifrost graph because that is more customizable and offers additional features like combustion.

Bifrost Fluids
Bifrost is a simulation system for high-quality liquid and fluid effects using a FLIP (fluid implicit particle) solver. You can generate liquid from emitters and have it fall under gravity, interact with colliders to direct the flow and create splashes, and use fields to create jets and other effects.
- BOSS — Bifrost Ocean Simulation System
The Bifrost Ocean Simulation System lets you create realistic ocean surfaces with waves, ripples, and wakes.
