The File Path Editor action buttons let you perform the following actions:
- Refresh List
- Updates the contents of the File Path Editor browser to match the current state of Maya.
- Repath Files
- Opens the Repath window, letting you select a new path for the selected node. See Repath and Actions Preview windows. Tip: You can also open the Repath window by right-clicking anywhere in the browser and selecting Repath >
from the pop-up menu. - Replace String
- Opens the Replace String tool, letting you perform a search and replace function on the elements that are selected in the browser. See Replace String tool. Tip: You can also open the Replace String tool by right-clicking anywhere in the browser and selecting Replace String >
from the pop-up menu.
- Auto Resolve
- Opens the Auto Resolve window, letting you repath selected nodes and select options to copy repathed files to a new location in one operation. Tip: You can also open the Auto Resolve window by right-clicking anywhere in the browser and selecting Auto Resolve >
from the pop-up menu.
