    nParticles

nParticles is a particle generation system that uses Maya® Nucleus™ dynamic simulation framework. Use nParticles to create numerous types of effects such as fire, smoke, iquids, and instanced geometry.

nParticles can self collide and interact with other Nucleus objects including passive collision objects, nCloth and nHair. Control nParticles using numerous methods such as nConstraints, goals, Nucleus forces, Maya Fields, and expressions.
