What else is new?

This release of Maya also includes the following changes and improvements.

New preferences for looping when stepping frames/keys Two new options Loop Play Range when stepping frames and Loop Play Range when stepping keyframes have been added to the Time Slider preferences to limit frame-by-frame (hotkey: Alt +. (period)) and key-by-key (. (period)) stepping to looping only within the area defined by the Range Slider.
New Dope Sheet Editor hotkey functionality You can now assign keyboard shortcuts in the Hotkey Editor for the Dope Sheet Editor Add Inbetween and Remove Inbetween actions.

The hotkey commands are called Dope Sheet Add Inbetween and Dope Sheet Remove Inbetween to differentiate them from the equivalent commands for the Graph Editor. See Set Inbetweens for more on adjusting animation timing by adding or removing one frame.
