    Motion Capture Animation

    All about creating animation in Maya using motion capture (or “mocap”) systems.

    Motion capture lets you generate large amounts of complex motion data that you can use to animate your characters. You must plan your motion capture animations meticulously and set them up very carefully. This chapter contains information on working with motion capture data in Maya.
