The controls for moving 2D curves in the 3D View are similar to the camera controls, only you press C instead of Alt.

To:	Keyboard shortcut: (Windows):	Keyboard shortcut: (Mac OS X)	Action/Results
Rotate a curve	C + drag	C + drag	The 2D curve rotates about its center.
Translate a curve	C + middle-drag	C + middle-drag	The 2D curve moves across the 3D View.
Scale a curve	C + right-drag	C + right-drag	The 2D curve increases or decreases in size.
