Conversion units
The units of measurement are either Metric or US English units. You can change the display at any time using the Preferences dialog (File > Preferences).
Here is a summary of the commonly used measurement units.
Note: The constants for the models are always listed in Metric units and are not affected by changing from Metric to US English units in the Preferences dialog.
