Commands available for Inventor Nastran iLogic Automation (IIA)

Required iLogic Rules

One or more iLogic rules can be used to define a simulation with Inventor Nastran. One rule, labeled Main, must be saved parallel to all other rules. The Main rule should include the following syntax:

    Use the NewSubcase command to create a new subcase.
  • Delete Subcase
    Use the DeleteSubcase command to delete a previously created subcase.
  • New Analysis
    Use the NewAnalysis command to create a new analysis.
  • Delete Analysis
    Use the DeleteAnalysis command to delete a previously created analysis.
  • GetContextID() iLogic API
    Use the GetContextID() iLogic API to get the key context for querying Nastran entity parameters.
  • GetNastranEntityParams() iLogic API
    Use the GetNastranEntityParams() iLogic API to get the Nastran entity parameters Geometry ID, Geometry Type, and Component Name of an entity.
