Using the Mesh Data of a Brep, Complex, Shell, or Face

Create an AcBrMesh2dFilter, using an appropriate AcBr object and an AcBrMesh2dControl object, and call generate() on an instantiated AcBrMesh2d object to generate a surface mesh. This mesh can be traversed to access nodal geometry and other data.
