Welcome Email

The first contact a user will have with PIX is most likely through their PIX 'Welcome Email'.

This is an email that will be sent to a user once they have been added to a PIX project.

All welcome emails will contain the user’s username and, if they are new to PIX, a link to download the newest version of the PIX application.

Additionally, if a user is new to PIX, the link contained in this welcome email will prompt them to set up their PIX password.
