Specifies the data you want to see on the report. You can use filters to refine the query as needed.
- Query Type
- Specifies whether to query P&ID, Drawings, or Plant 3D data.
- Available Classes
- Displays a list of P&ID or Plant 3D classes or indicates that you have selected Drawings as the query type. You select classes or components in the tree under Available Classes and click the > button to populate the Included Classes table.
Note: If you have chosen Drawings, both class boxes display only Drawing Information, and the drawing properties display in the fields table.

- Displays or hides filter operators and examples for each operator.
- Included Classes
- Lists the classes you have selected to include in the report.
- Field
- Lists the fields associated with the class selected under Included Classes.
- Filter
- Filters the data in your report. For example, you can enter a filter to the spec field for a line segment as follows: <> ‘CS150’. The report does not display line segments with a spec of CS150.
- Sort Order
- Sets the sort order for a field. You can sort any field by double-clicking the appropriate table cell. Double-click once to have the property sort A-Z or 0-9, double-click a second time to reverse the sort order, and double-click a third time to cancel the sort.
- Test Query Result
- Displays the results of the current query.
