Imports a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet or comma-separated value (CSV) files containing the project or drawing data.

Right-click a data node Import

Select File to Import
Displays the file path and file name to import. You can accept or change the current file path and file name.
Click Browse to open the Import From dialog box, where you can select a different file path or file name to import.
Select Import Settings
Lists the available import settings for a drawing or project.
The default value is Displayed Data, which is the data currently displayed in the data view of the Data Manager. Project Administrators can configure custom settings in the Project Setup dialog box Export and Import Settings.
Note:
You cannot modify the Displayed Data export setting.
