Sync Troubleshooting
Sync errors happen when you try to upload or download data to or from Autodesk Construction Cloud mobile app. These errors can occur because of network issues or storage limits.
In this topic, you'll learn how to troubleshoot:
- General App Sync Errors: Overall project sync errors
- Feature Sync Errors: Errors related to feature items such as editing an issue or submitting a form.
General App Sync Errors
General sync errors can occur if you lose connection while your project is syncing. In this case, try these steps in the listed order and after each step, open and refresh the app to see if the errors are resolved:
Do not perform the following actions while you are resolving errors. These actions delete pending updates. So you will lose any updates you've made that haven't synced yet.
- Sign out of the ACC app.
- Uninstall the ACC app.
- Remove the project from your device.
- Ask to be removed from the project team.
If you see banners and messages stating "No internet connection available" or "Unable to connect to Autodesk Construction Cloud, the device is disconnected from Wi-Fi.
Toggle Wi-Fi off and on. Test your connection by searching in the mobile browser. If you can't search, you don't have internet.
Turn on airplane mode for 30 seconds. This helps your device reconnect to the network.

When you have at least one GB, restart the app.
Troubleshoot Feature Sync Errors
Feature sync errors happen when project data changes in the cloud. For example, you update an issue on your device, but someone deleted it on the web. The issue no longer exists, so your edit can't sync and you need to discard it.
Find solutions to common sync issues in the Autodesk Construction Cloud mobile app.
