Control the behaviour of the Comments dialog in the inspection sequence.

The following options are displayed.

Force user OK/Cancel acknowledgment during measuring — Halt the inspection until the Comments dialog is closed.
Persist on screen during measuring — Keep the Comments dialog open during inspections.
Use setting on each dialog — Specify the behaviour in the dialog for each comment sequence item.
