To choose a report template

Select the report layout, and specify the administrative details required by the report.

Skip this step to use the default report template.

The PowerInspect report displays items in the inspection and their measurements details.

1. In the New Document Wizard dialog, in the Variables page, click Browse.
2. Use File Explorer to browse to Program Files > Autodesk > PowerInspect > file > templates.
3. Choose an HTML template from the HTML folder or Excel template from the Excel folder.
4. Click Finish to create the inspection document.

   The CAD model is displayed in the CAD View tab. The report template you selected is used to present measurement information in the Report tab.
