There are two types of Component Library:
- Component Libraries supplied with PowerShape. These are component libraries containing the component definitions of generic, standard-sized components for cap screws, shoulder bolts and dowel pins.
- Component Libraries created by converting solids into components and saving the model as a component library. Those component definitions can be used in other assemblies as well.
There are two context menus associated with a Component Library:
- The single item context menu is displayed when you right-click a library component.
- The Component Library Window context menu is displayed when you right-click free space in the component library window.
